What's always covered in deep cleaning
- Detailed focus on bathrooms and kitchen — the most labor-intensive zones in almost every property.
- Dust removal and wiping of reachable surfaces across rooms, including visible buildup that routine cleaning usually misses.
- High-touch points such as handles, switches, door edges, and frequently used surfaces.
- Floors vacuumed and mopped with attention to corners, skirting, edges, and transition zones.
- Final detailing so the space looks consistently clean and refreshed, not just “clean in the middle.”
Common add-ons
Book only if you need them
- Inside fridge and inside oven cleaning.
- Inside cabinets and wardrobes, when empty access is provided.
- Interior windows and frames.
- Balcony detailing and buildup removal.
- Upholstery and sofa cleaning.
- Carpet deep cleaning.
What's usually not included by default
Because conditions, access, and risk vary from property to property, some services are usually quoted separately. This often includes exterior window washing, very high-level fixtures without safe access, hazardous waste removal, mold remediation, and restoration work for permanently damaged or stained surfaces. Deep cleaning improves condition dramatically, but it is not the same as repair or restoration.
What impacts time and pricing
Pricing and duration depend on property type, overall size, current condition, number of bathrooms, kitchen grease level, layout complexity, and the number of selected add-ons. A well-maintained apartment and a heavily used villa are simply not the same job. That's why we confirm the checklist first: it protects you from vague promises and surprise charges, and it protects the team from unrealistic expectations on the day of service.
How to prepare
2 minutes
Clear key surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, put away personal items and loose valuables, and share any access rules such as parking, tower entry, or service elevator timing. If you want inside-cabinet cleaning, empty the selected sections in advance. This saves time, avoids confusion, and lets the team focus on the cleaning itself instead of preparation during the booking window.
